No Return & No Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as the inherent hazardous nature of pyrotechnic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for fireworks once an order has been shipped, picked up, or delivered.
2. Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Safety & Compliance: Fireworks are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and high-impact or explosive goods. Once pyrotechnics leave our licensed facility and shipping chain of custody, we cannot legally or safely verify their storage conditions, handling, or integrity.
Legal Restrictions: Federal and state transportation and safety laws strictly prohibit the return or re-shipping of consumer-grade or display fireworks via standard mail or private carriers by unauthorized individuals.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they have been packed or dispatched for shipping.
Once an order enters the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be cancelled, intercepted, or refunded.
If a delivery is refused by the recipient or returned to sender by the carrier due to restricted addresses or failure to provide adult signature/identification, the order will not be refunded, and reshipping fees will apply.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
While we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Usfireworks@usfireworks.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged items and the shipping box.
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund for the specific damaged goods at our discretion.
Do not attempt to ignite or use damaged fireworks.
5. Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that you have read this No Return & No Refund Policy and accept that all fireworks purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
