Return Policy for Lost or Damaged Shipments Only

At FireworkStore.com, we ensure that all orders are shipped in pristine condition. Our fireworks undergo inspections, and the boxes used are designed to protect the fireworks during shipment. We recommend that you inspect the firework boxes upon delivery with the delivery driver present. If any box appears visibly damaged (e.g., water damage, rips, major dents, etc.), we suggest opening the boxes with the delivery driver present and documenting any damaged fireworks. In case you discover damaged goods, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you find that the fireworks have been damaged after the delivery driver has left, please call us and provide the details. We will make every effort to assist you. However, due to fireworks' hazardous material classification by the USDOT, we are unable to accept any returns on fireworks under any circumstances or for any reason.
